Beautiful sea view from the room.
I was frustrated . The service was abysmal, especially for the price I paid. I arrived early and received no guidance about dinner reservations or hotel amenities, leaving me confused and irritated. To make matters worse, a Wi-Fi outage prevented me from accessing important information, and when I asked for help, I was only given a phone number. I had to scramble last minute for dinner reservations due to the hotel's lack of communication. This was unacceptable, especially since I requested assistance before my long bus ride and was denied basic meal provisions.

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met every demand. I had relaxing 5-night stay here! The breakfast was freshly cooked and great with astonishing toast, cereal, and eggs. The property's location was magnificent, so close to the nature. Dined at The Real Mccoy, it was not too far away from the venue.
The staff were not competent, didn't expect that coming.

Incredibly special location on the rocks with fine sea views and waves crashing nearby provided a unique atmosphere. The attentive staff were really nice, especially in assisting with my car issue during a trip. Breakfast options were fantastic, with traditional meals that were both hearty and delicious. I wish there had been more vegan choices, as options felt limited for plant-based diets. While the overall experience was wonderful, the shower had inconsistent water pressure at times, a bit of a setback.
